What is Claude Code training?
Claude Code training is a practical, in-depth course after which your team uses Claude Code for real tasks, not just knowing such a tool exists. We learn on your real processes and real files, not on abstract examples.
This is our specialty. We use Claude Code ourselves every day and roll it out in Estonian companies. We train from what we actually do, not from theory.
What you learn in the training
Daily use. How to give the agent tasks so it does the right thing right, and how to keep a human at the right point in the chain so control stays in your hands. After this module, your team can trust the agent with work without having to check every step.
Creating custom skills. How to put recurring work (quotes, reports, documents, data checks) on a single command so it always runs the same way. By the end of the module, you have at least one working skill on your own real task.
Memory and context systems. How to give the agent a persistent memory of your company so you don't have to explain everything from scratch each time. This is the difference between a one-off trick and a system genuinely put to work. By the end of the module, the agent knows your company's context.
Automating tasks. We take your own tasks and get them genuinely running during the training. By the end of the training, you have working solutions, not just notes.
How the training is structured
The training has three parts. Beforehand we look together at the tasks your team does every day and pick out the ones where an agent saves the most time, so no one learns on an empty example. During the training we work on those real tasks, on-site or online, so each participant builds something themselves. Afterwards we stay on hand as the team starts to use what they learned in real work.
We agree on the exact format and length based on your team size and goal: a small group of key people only needs a shorter course, while training a whole team takes longer.
How the training works
We do not teach Claude Code in the abstract. The training runs on your own files and processes: we take your team's real tasks and get them working during the course. We adapt the content to the participants' level: a non-technical team learns to do daily work with the agent, while a technical team goes deeper into building skills, memory systems, MCP interfaces and the context base.
We can build the training around your real work because we build the same solutions ourselves. For us this is not theory.

Training gives your team the skill. An implementation builds the systems on which to use that skill. Which one you need depends on whether the environment is already in place.
