Privacy policy
In plain language: what data the agentify.ee website and the Agentify OS console process, why we need it, and how long we keep it.

Who we are
Agentify OÜ (registry code 17539683, Viru väljak 2, 11215 Tallinn, Estonia) operates the agentify.ee website and the Agentify OS console. In the console, our clients use the AI agents we build for them and their own company knowledge base, which we call the Business Brain.
Agentify OÜ is the data controller. For any privacy question, write to us.
What data we process
- Website visits. Visit statistics and cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies only turn on after you consent.
- Contact form data. The name, email address, phone number, and message you type into the form. We use these only to answer your enquiry.
- Console user account. Name, email address, and login credentials needed to manage access.
- Google account connection. When you connect your Google account in the console, we learn the connected account's email address and account identifier.
- Files the console creates in your Drive. When you upload a file into a console chat, the console saves it into your own Google Drive on your behalf.
Which Google scopes we request

We request no broader Drive scopes in this connection. The application cannot see Drive files it did not create and that you did not select for it.
Connected folders and the knowledge base
For the Business Brain, the client shares the chosen Drive folders with a separate service account that has read-only access. This is a channel separate from the Google account connection: the client decides the sharing in Drive and can stop it at any time.
On that channel we never modify, create, or delete any file. We read only the folders the client has shared with us.
Why we use this data
- To manage console access and to show which Google account is connected.
- To save files uploaded in chat into the client's own Drive.
- To compile, from the connected folders, the client's own private and searchable knowledge base, used only by that same client's team.
- There is no other use.
Where and how long we store data
Each client's data lives in that client's own isolated environment (tenant) on infrastructure managed by Agentify. One client's data is never visible to another client.
We keep the Google connection grant for as long as the connection is active. When you revoke it or the contract ends, we delete data derived from Google within 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We never share Google user data with third parties, except where the law requires it.
- We never use Google user data for advertising.
- We never use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- We never read or modify Drive files you have not shared with us.
Google API compliance
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we process about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can disconnect the Google connection in the console or in your Google account security settings: myaccount.google.com/permissions. You also have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. We notify clients by email about substantive changes.
