Why we started
There's a lot of talk about AI in Estonia. The market is full of training courses, audits and strategy documents. But the business owner's question is simple: what does this actually change for me?
Agentify started in 2025 from exactly that question. We don't want to teach you to talk about AI. We build AI systems into your company and keep them running. The audit and first demo are free. You pay for real results, not for a strategy document.
Who runs us
Agentify's founder is Taivo Hiielaid. He has over ten years of product management and digital marketing experience, fields where business results are measured every day. The same mindset carries over into AI: a solution only counts once it's genuinely doing work in your company.
We're a small team that uses Claude Code and Codex ourselves every day. We don't train from material read somewhere. We train from our own real, local Estonian experience.
Real experience, not promises
Our strongest advantage is our real experience inside real companies. Three examples (the clients stay anonymous, and more on that in a moment):
Furniture maker's sales leads. We built an AI agent that monitors public registries, identifies upcoming construction projects, and finds the developer and decision-maker contacts, all gathered onto a single dashboard.
Claude Code · PostgreSQL · Supabase · PythonE-commerce agency's content production. We created an editorial process where the editor's notes are read in from files and the changes are applied end to end, with a change log added to every page. That's how 20+ SEO service pages of consistent quality were produced.
Financial advisor's web platform. We built an AI-assisted platform with 20+ pages: a filterable portfolio of 60 projects, service pages and SEO content, all in a fraction of the usual development time.

Because the solution we build is the client's competitive edge. If we announced it, we'd be handing that edge to their competitor. Anonymity isn't a shortcoming for us. It's a promise.
How we work
A free start
The audit, analysis and first demo cost nothing. You see results before you pay. The risk is on us, not you.
The right tool for the job
If a simple n8n workflow solves your problem, that's what we offer. We don't sell complexity for its own sake.
Teach to fish, don't hand out fish
We build systems so that at some point you no longer need us. If you want, we'll teach your team to develop them further themselves.
Transparent pricing
We state the setup cost and the monthly cost clearly, with no hidden surprises.
The technology we work with
Claude Code and Codex, the APIs of Claude and other top-tier models, MCP interfaces, n8n workflows, Supabase and PostgreSQL. We prefer self-hosted solutions in the European Union, so your data stays under your control.
