Agentify is not a training company or a consultancy. Our team has rolled out AI both in an international organization with over 1,000 developers and in the day-to-day work of small Estonian businesses. Claude Code, Codex and custom AI agents go into your company's real work and are running within the first days.
Why we started
There's a lot of talk about AI in Estonia. The market is full of training courses, audits and strategy documents. But the business owner's question is simple: what does this actually change for me?
Agentify started in 2025 from exactly that question. We don't want to teach you to talk about AI. We build AI systems into your company and keep them running. The audit and first demo are free. You pay for real results, not for a strategy document.
The team
Agentify's leadership team has led and built digital products in a bank, a media group and international software companies. Depending on the project, we bring in additional specialists from our expert network, for example for narrow specialist work. That way we deliver your project as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, and responsibility for quality always stays with Agentify.
Taivo is responsible for the architecture and outcome of every project: he designs the solution, builds the AI workflows and keeps communication with you in one person's hands from start to finish.
Before Agentify he spent over ten years leading digital products: as investment services product manager at LHV and as product manager and marketing manager at Ekspress Meedia. He has built and run large-scale web platforms with automated content production, third-party API integrations and scheduled workflows. That is where the experience AI implementation demands most comes from: moving data between systems so that it works every day, even when nobody happens to be watching.
For the past two years his focus has been on applied large language model development: agent systems, model-independent routing and self-hosted infrastructure, deployed in the real environments of Estonian companies.

Kristjan advises Agentify projects on system architecture, security and AI governance.
He has led AI adoption in EasyPark Group's engineering organization, whose team serves over 1,000 developers in more than 90 countries: integration guidelines, security assessments, and usage and cost measurement. Before that he led teams at MindTitan that took AI and machine learning solutions from idea to production in large Estonian companies and the public sector. Among them were customer service solutions where nearly a third of inquiries were resolved fully automatically.
He has co-founded two technology companies and served as their CTO; one of them was acquired. He holds an MSc in business information technology from TalTech.

Kaisa designs the user interfaces of Agentify's solutions: dashboards, approval flows and partner portals used every day by non-technical people. Her focus is usability and clear terminology, so the system speaks the user's own language.
She has over 15 years of design experience, including seven years at the international software company Derivco, most recently as a senior graphic designer. She has worked as a freelance UI and UX designer on web and business applications since 2022.

Our strongest advantage is our real experience inside real companies. Three examples (the clients stay anonymous, and more on that in a moment):
Furniture maker's sales leads. We built an AI agent that monitors public registries, identifies upcoming construction projects, and finds the developer and decision-maker contacts, all gathered onto a single dashboard.

We created an editorial process where the editor's notes are read in from files and the changes are applied end to end, with a change log added to every page. That's how 20+ SEO service pages of consistent quality were produced.
Financial advisor's web platform. We built an AI-assisted platform with 20+ pages: a filterable portfolio of 60 projects, service pages and SEO content, all in a fraction of the usual development time.

Because the solution we build is the client's competitive edge. If we announced it, we'd be handing that edge to their competitor. Anonymity isn't a shortcoming for us. It's a promise.

A free start
The audit, analysis and first demo cost nothing. You see results before you pay. The risk is on us, not you.
The right tool for the job
If a simple n8n workflow solves your problem, that's what we offer. We don't sell complexity for its own sake.
Teach to fish, don't hand out fish
We build systems so that at some point you no longer need us. If you want, we'll teach your team to develop them further themselves.
Transparent pricing
We state the setup cost and the monthly cost clearly, with no hidden surprises.
Your infrastructure, your property
Code, data model and documentation live on your infrastructure from day one and are your property. At the end of every stage the system is complete and works without us.
Security by default
Role-based access, data isolation and an auditable activity log are a standard part of our deployments, not an extra line in the price list.
The technology we work with
Claude Code and Codex, the APIs of Claude and other top-tier models, MCP interfaces, n8n workflows, Supabase and PostgreSQL. We prefer self-hosted solutions in the European Union, so your data stays under your control.
