AI training for companies

Practical training after which your team actually uses AI in everyday work, not just knows that it exists.

What is AI training for companies?

AI training for companies is practical hands-on training after which your team uses AI tools in everyday work: ChatGPT, Claude, and connecting them to your workflows. The goal isn't knowing that AI exists. The goal is that people actually use it and that work processes change.

Why generic AI training often doesn't stick

A typical AI training is a slide deck: a couple of hours of general talk, a few examples, and a week later everyone has slipped back into the old routine. The reason is simple: the training never touched the person's real work, so nothing stuck.

We do it differently. We train your team on their own tasks, so each person sees right away how AI makes exactly their work easier. That's the difference between training that sticks and training that fades.

What we teach

AI in everyday work. How to use ChatGPT and Claude for real tasks: emails, documents, summaries, analysis. We train your team on their own files, so each person sees right away how AI makes exactly their work faster.

Writing good prompts in Estonian. How to give AI instructions so the result is usable, not vague. The difference between a good and a useless answer is often in the prompt itself. We learn that on real examples, in Estonian.

Connecting AI to your workflows. Where AI fits naturally in your processes and where it's better to keep a human. The goal isn't to cram AI in everywhere, but to put it where it genuinely saves time.

Reliable habits. How to check the output and avoid common mistakes, so AI can genuinely be relied on. We also learn what AI doesn't do well, so no one trusts it blindly.

How the training is structured

The training runs in three parts. Before, we look together at the tasks your team does every day and pick out the ones where AI saves the most time, so no one learns on an empty example. During the training we work on those real tasks, on-site or online, so every participant leaves with a concrete skill they can use the very next day. After, we stay on as support as the team starts applying what they learned in real work.

It works because we implement the same solutions in Estonian companies every day. We teach from what we do ourselves, not from theory.

What your team can do after the training

  • Use ChatGPT and Claude for their everyday tasks (emails, documents, summaries, analysis) without having to figure out where to start each time.
  • Give AI clear instructions that produce a usable result, not a vague answer.
  • Recognize where AI fits and where it's better to keep a human, so time is saved in the right place, instead of creating a new checking burden.
  • Check AI's output and avoid common mistakes, so the work can genuinely be relied on.

In short: the team doesn't leave knowing that AI exists, but with the skill to use it in their work.

Training + implementation

The greatest value comes when training goes together with implementation: we build the system and teach the team to use it. Training alone gives the skill, but the system gives a place to use that skill. Together they genuinely change the work process.

Who the training is for

Suited for any team that wants to put AI to work, with no technical background needed. It fits a company where someone has already tried AI but the skill hasn't spread to the team, and equally those starting from scratch.

If your team is more technical and wants to go deeper (skills, memory systems, automating real tasks), see the Claude Code training, an in-depth course built for exactly those teams.

What it costs

The first conversation about your team's needs and the scope of the training is free. You'll find an overview of exact pricing on the pricing page. Tell us about your team. Get a free audit and we'll put together training that genuinely fits your people.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Who is AI training for?

Any team that wants to use AI in everyday work, with no prior technical background needed. We tailor the content to your company's work processes.

What makes your training different?

We don't do a generic slide deck. We train on your real work processes and real examples, because we implement the same solutions in companies every day.

Is training alone enough?

Often not. That's why we usually offer training together with implementation: we build the system and teach the team to use it, until you no longer need us.

Is the training on-site or online?

Whatever works for you: on-site or online. What matters more is that the training is built on your real tasks, not generic examples.

Which AI tools do you teach?

Everyday work tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and connecting them to your workflows. For more technical teams there's a separate in-depth Claude Code course.

How large a group is the training suited for?

Suited for both individual key people and the whole team. We keep the group small enough that everyone gets to do something on their own real task during the training.

How long does the training last?

It depends on the team size and the goal: a small group of key people needs a shorter course, while training the whole team takes longer. We agree on the exact scope in a free first conversation.
