What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is Anthropic's AI agent that works directly with your company's files, databases, and tools. It isn't a chatbot you ask for advice. It's a doer that completes real tasks: it reads and drafts documents, moves data between systems, runs workflows, and carries a process through to the end on its own.
The difference from an ordinary chatbot is simple: a chatbot answers a question, an agent gets the work done. But before Claude Code implementation in your company actually pays off, the agent has to be connected to your systems, otherwise it stays just a clever tool that nobody uses. That connection is exactly our job.
Claude Code or Codex: which one to choose?
The short answer: it depends on your systems, not on which is "better". Claude Code (Anthropic) and Codex (OpenAI) are both AI agents that sit in your work environment and do the work. The right choice comes from which tools, data, and processes you already work with, and which one fits into them more naturally.
| Factor | Claude Code (Anthropic) | Codex (OpenAI) |
|---|---|---|
| Where it works | Directly in your files and terminal | In the cloud, in an isolated environment, with a GitHub workflow |
| Where data stays | Locally: suits sensitive or confidential data | In the cloud: work moves through a cloud environment |
| Ecosystem | Separate subscription | Often included with a ChatGPT subscription |
| When it suits | Context-rich work across many files | Fast, independent tasks |
The right choice comes from your systems, not from which is better in general.
We don't start with the tool choice. We start with your process: we look at what needs automating and, when needed, test both in a free demo. We recommend the one that genuinely pays off for your company, not the one that happens to be getting the most attention.
What Claude Code implementation means
Buying a licence isn't implementation. Claude Code only pays off once it's connected to your real work environment: the files, databases, memory systems, and context base from which the agent knows how your particular company works.
Implementation means building that environment and training your people, so they can work alongside the agent. This is work we actually do in Estonian companies: our specialty, not theory we read off slides.
What exactly we do
We connect Claude Code to your systems. We link the agent to the files, databases, and tools you use every day: from accounting software (Merit, Directo) and customer management (Pipedrive) to email, via MCP interfaces where needed. That way the agent works where your work actually happens, not in a separate environment.
We build the memory and context base. We give the agent a lasting memory of your company: products, prices, processes, customers, the way you talk about things. That way you don't have to explain everything again each time, because the agent already knows how things are done in your company.
We create ready-made skills for repetitive work. Drafting quotes, producing reports, formatting documents, checking data: we get repetitive tasks running with a single command, so they always run the same way and correctly. For example, a quote skill reads the right rows from your price list, fills in your quote template, and exports a finished PDF, so you just review it and send it out.
We train your team to use it. Implementation is half the work. The other half is people who know how to work with the agent. We train your key people on your real tasks, not on abstract examples.
How implementation works
- Free audit. We talk about your business and go through together where Claude Code would save the most time and money.
- Free demo on your own process. We build one real example so you can see the solution in action before you decide.
- Your decision. You only decide once you've seen the result. The risk is on us, not on you.
- Building the memory and skill base. We describe your company to the agent (products, prices, processes, the way you talk) and build skills for repetitive work. This step is what separates real implementation from a one-off experiment.
- Pilot and rollout. We connect the agent to your real work and put the first solutions into action.
- Scaling and support. We extend the solution and stay on hand for as long as needed, until you can manage on your own.
Who Claude Code implementation is for
It's an especially good fit for ordinary companies where the team does repetitive work every day with documents, quotes, reports, and customer communication. You don't have to be an IT company or technical yourself. The biggest gains come precisely where someone currently sits for hours working through information by hand.
If your team already has a technical side, we go deeper: see also Claude Code training, where we teach developers how to build skills, memory systems, and a context base. Claude Code implementation is one part of broader AI implementation in your company. If you're not sure where to begin, start there.
What it costs
The audit, analysis, and first demo are free. You only pay once you've seen that the solution works and decide to move ahead. You'll find a more detailed overview of the steps and pricing on the pricing page.
One real example of how Claude Code goes into a company's work: we fully automated a furniture manufacturer's sales-lead search. Tell us about your process. Book a free audit and we'll see what could be automated the same way in your company.
